Wrote to Jaclyn Bell on 11th August 2022 making a conditional offer to accept her request for identification under DSAR as had concerned about her ability to answer questions. Sent letter invoking Postal Mechanics under the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and this is the signature I got back.
